My Story
Hi, I'm Tai, the founder of Apollo D3!
I wasn't diagnosed with ADHD until much later in life. I had a lifetime of working in various industries with big dreams and even bigger ideas, I knew that I was capable of so much more, but ignorant to my condition, and in work environments where there was no real support or understanding, I came to the conclusion that I just wasn't cut out for business.
After my diagnosis came a huge level of understanding, and I realised that I was more than capable, I just needed to do things differently. After being made redundant from my government position post covid, I founded Apollo D3 with the intention of providing local businesses with my skills in a way that I just couldn't in the restrictions of a neurotypical environment. With the support of several successful and talented business owners who were also neurodiverse, Apollo D3 was founded,
I know the reality of what the business landscape looks like from a perspective on the spectrum. Sometimes things that are seemingly simple can pose nigh-impossible challenges, and tasks that make other people shudder in fear can be achieved in no time due to a different way of thinking.
I offer a range of services including one-to-one coaching and administrative tasks (yes that includes managing your inbox!) that are tailored to your specific needs, with flexible structuring and planning to help you meet your goals and objectives.
